“This is a really easy salmon recipe. Really healthy and fresh ingredients. I like the salmon a bit raw inside so leave it a couple of minutes more in the oven if you like it done. Make sure salmon is fresh for the best results.”

3½ oz salmon fillets

    Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees while start preparing the salmon. Cover it with olive oil and drop sesame sesame seed on top of it. If you’d like add some chia seeds as well. Season with salt and pepper.

    Prepare the avocado cream: take half avocado, juice a bit of the lemon (just few drops), chop the garlic (as much as you like) and about 1 tsp of olive oil. Using the blender, mix together.

    Remove the food from the oven and get ready to plate it. I put the avocado cream at the bottom and place the salmon on top. Place the shrimp and asparagus as you will, maybe some parsley or mint on top of salmon and enjoy!!!
