Easy sesame salmon based with avocado cream
- sesame seed
- olive oil
- 7 oz salmon fillets
Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees while start preparing the salmon. Cover it with olive oil and drop sesame sesame seed on top of it. If you’d like add some chia seeds as well. Season with salt and pepper.
In a pan with a bit of olive oil, when hot but not smoking, put the salmon and cook it about 1 min per side.
- green asparagus
- 4 shrimp
In an oven recipient place the salmon, together with the asparagus and if you’d like shrimps and let it cook in the oven for 7 minutes
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
Prepare the avocado cream: take half avocado, juice a bit of the lemon (just few drops), chop the garlic (as much as you like) and about 1 tsp of olive oil. Using the blender, mix together.
Remove the food from the oven and get ready to plate it. I put the avocado cream at the bottom and place the salmon on top. Place the shrimp and asparagus as you will, maybe some parsley or mint on top of salmon and enjoy!!!
