Easy grilled salmon Onigiri

- 116⅔ g sushi rice
- ⅔ salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ⅓ tbsp sugar
- ⅓ tbsp Sojasoße
- ⅓ scallion
- oil (for frying)
- rice cooker
- frying pan
- cooking spoon
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix the rice vinegar and sugar into the warm rice so it sticks better, then let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, pan-fry salmon for approx. 5–7 min. until cooked through. Flake fish, deglaze with soy sauce, and toss briefly. Slice spring onions into fine rings.

- 1 Noriblätter

Gently combine cooked salmon, prepared rice, sesame seeds, and spring onions in bowl. Cut nori sheets in half using scissors.

Portion rice mixture. Using slightly moistened hands to shape mixture into typical Onigiri triangles. Finally, wrap finished triangles with the halved nori sheets.
