Chop onion and garlic.
Cut pork to strips.
Sautee onion and garlic in oil over medium heat.
Add pork and fry until golden brown.
Add veggies. Stir fry. Cover in one-minute intervals.
Add soy sauce and Knorr pork cubes.
Stir fry until veggies are cooked with a crunch. Do not overcook.
