Ingredients

Servings:-2+
2 cups Chopsuey veggies (carrots, cabbage, chayote, etc.)
5 tbsp oil
1 tea bag Knorr pork cubes
1½ cups pork chops
1 head garlic
1 bulb onion
¼ cup soy sauce

  • Step 1/7

    • 1 head garlic
    • 1 bulb onion

    Chop onion and garlic.

  • Step 2/7

    • 1½ cups pork chops

    Cut pork to strips.

  • Step 3/7

    • 5 tbsp oil

    Sautee onion and garlic in oil over medium heat.

  • Step 4/7

    Add pork and fry until golden brown.

  • Step 5/7

    • 2 cups Chopsuey veggies (carrots, cabbage, chayote, etc.)

    Add veggies. Stir fry. Cover in one-minute intervals.

  • Step 6/7

    • 1 tea bag Knorr pork cubes
    • ¼ cup soy sauce

    Add soy sauce and Knorr pork cubes.

  • Step 7/7

    Stir fry until veggies are cooked with a crunch. Do not overcook.
