- 1 head garlic
- 1 bulb onion
Chop onion and garlic.
Step 2/7
- 1½ cups pork chops
Cut pork to strips.
Step 3/7
- 5 tbsp oil
Sautee onion and garlic in oil over medium heat.
Step 4/7
Add pork and fry until golden brown.
Step 5/7
- 2 cups Chopsuey veggies (carrots, cabbage, chayote, etc.)
Add veggies. Stir fry. Cover in one-minute intervals.
Step 6/7
- 1 tea bag Knorr pork cubes
- ¼ cup soy sauce
Add soy sauce and Knorr pork cubes.
Step 7/7
Stir fry until veggies are cooked with a crunch. Do not overcook.
