garlic paste
1 tsp
Ginger paste
salt
white pepper
2 tsp
turmeric powder
1 tsp
chili powder
½ tsp
ground coriander
½ tsp
garam masala

    • 500 g chicken drumsticks
    • 1 canned crushed tomato
    • 1 onion
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp Ginger paste
    • salt
    • white pepper
    • 2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • ½ tsp ground coriander
    • ½ tsp garam masala

    Heat oil in deep pan. Add diced onions and fry till browned. Add ginger and garlic paste and all spices, fry for 1min. Then add canned tomatoes and fry for 5 min. After add chicken drumsticks and 100 ml water. Close pan and cook on lower heat for 30 min. After open your pan and cook for 10 min till oil separates.
