Cheesey Egg & Fish Pie

- 250 g new potatoes

Start by setting oven at 200 degree centigrade or 180 for fan ovens. Then boil water and cook potatoes for 10 minutes.

Hard-boil eggs for 8 minutes, refresh in cold water then peel and quarter.

- 15 g butter
- 15 g Plain flour
- 200 ml milk
- 40 g cheddar cheese
Melt butter in a pan, then add butter and mix well. Gradually add milk and stir constantly until thickened. (Forming a Roux). Grate the cheese and add into the Roux.

Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes and then drain well.
Step 5/5
- 1½ eggs
- 200 g Broccoli florets
- 120 g salmon fillet (cut into chunks)
- 15 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Arrange the salmon (cut into chunks), potatoes, broccoli, eggs in a oven proof dish. Mix the oil and breadcrumbs and scatter on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
