pasta

cherry tomatoes

green zucchini
200 ml
cream
salt
pepper

onion
1 clove
garlic
olive oil

    • 250 g pasta

    Boil pasta according to packaging

  • Step 2/5

    • ½ onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • olive oil

    Cut onion & garlic, fry it in a pan on low heat

  • Step 3/5

    • 10 cherry tomatoes
    • ½ green zucchini
    • grater

    Shred Zucchini with grater and cut tomatoes, add to the pan

  • Step 4/5

    • 200 ml cream
    • salt
    • pepper

    Add cream to the pan, add salt and pepper according to own preference, let simmer for a bit until it’s creamy

  • Step 5/5

    Add boiled pasta to the pan and mix everything up. (Add Parmesan on top, only if you like )
