- 1 sugar cube
- 4 drops Angostura bitters
- bar tongs
- champagne glass
- 1 napkin
Place napkin over champagne glass and put sugar cube on top. Saturate the sugar cube with drops of Angostura bitters.
Place the sugar in glass and fill with champagne.
Pinch the lemon peel over the glass to release the oil, add peel to glass, and serve. Enjoy!
