“I was first introduced to the idea of sesame brittle through these little Greek candies I tried in Athens, and since then—I’ve been hooked. If you like the flavor of sesame, this brittle is for you. As shiny as a jewel and extremely tasty with ice cream, you can make it ahead and store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Don’t be concerned as the sugar goes through its various processes before being caramelized, just keep stirring and let the magic happen.”
