1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
1 g ginger
200 g sliced beef
Β½ bulb yellow onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
30 ml water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
Β½ tsp pepper
1 pinch white sesame seed

    Chop garlic and ginger in food processor

    Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. SautΓ© garlic and ginger until fragrant.

    Add sliced beef for 3 minutes or until the color changed to brown. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper, salt and sugar. Mix for 1 minutes. Add water.
