Prepare the broth by adding in the stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, chopped shallots and finely chopped carrots and boil until carrots are soft
Prepare the steak by pan frying it until medium rare
In a separate pot, boil water and add in the udon noodles for 3 mins until done
Add the spinach, cooked udon and steak to the broth and take off the stove. Enjoy!
