250 ml water
3 tsp coconut sugar
2 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
2 tsp dried parsley
30 g ginger
150 g onions
15 ml lime liqueur
4 cloves garlic
200 g rice noodles
2 tsp fish sauce
3 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp pepper

    • 800 ml coconut milk
    • 250 ml water
    • 200 g rice noodles

    1.Put 800ml of coconut milk and 250 ml wather let it boil

    • 30 g ginger
    • 150 g onions
    • 4 cloves garlic

    2. peel and chop very finely ginger, onion, garlic

    • 2 tsp hoisin sauce
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 2 tsp dried parsley
    • 15 ml lime liqueur
    • 2 tsp fish sauce
    • 2 tsp pepper

    3. Prepare marinate to prawns

    • 3 tsp coconut oil

    4. Add oil to the pan and fry ginger onion and garlick for 2-3 minuter then add prawns with marinate fry another 5-7 minutes
