"Ajo Blanco is the quintessential taste of an Andalusian summer. This chilled almond soup is incredibly creamy, refreshing, and surprisingly simple to whip up. Originally a traditional dish, the blend of almonds, garlic, and a splash of sherry vinegar has become a true culinary classic. The secret? The crunchy grapes on top—they provide the perfect contrast to the nutty, savory soup. An absolute must for hot days!"
