- 150 g frozen raspberries
- ¼ lemon (zest and juice)
- fine grater

Set raspberries out to thaw. Zest lemon and juice.
Step 2/ 2
- 2 tbsp honey
- ice cream scoop
- loaf pan
- blender
Add mostly thawed raspberries, lemon juice, and honey to a blender. Blend to combine. Add to a loaf pan and freeze for approx. 90 min. or until semi-solid. Scoop, top with lemon zest, and enjoy!
