3-ingredient no-bake lemon pudding

Based on 10 ratings

“Lemon curd is one of my favorite sweet treats, whether swirled into strawberry ice cream, layered between stacks of fluffy white cake, or spooned on top of a little nest of meringue. This super easy lemon pudding has all the notes of what might happen if a lemon curd met up with a creamy custard. It sets thick like a panna cotta and somehow offers that same air of refinement. Enjoy with fresh berries of your choice.”
