3-ingredient mini vanilla bread pudding

Based on 9 ratings

“Taking a note from Tasty here, I decided to try my hand at making bread pudding with melted vanilla ice cream. The outcome is delicious and now I can’t help but think that all bread puddings should use this method. Would it work with plain brioche and chocolate ice cream? How about cinnamon raisin bread and cinnamon ice cream? The answer is—more than likely—yes and yes. While I’ll be over here dreaming up new combinations, try this one out—you won’t regret it.”
