chopped walnut
11⅔ ml
maple syrup⅓ tsp
baking powder
½ tsp
ground cinnamon⅛ tsp
sea salt
166⅔ ml
milk⅓
egg⅔ tbsp
coconut oil (melted)
⅔ tsp
vanilla extract83⅓ g
green zucchini

Preheat oven to 190°C. And spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

- 50 g rolled oats
- ⅓ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ⅓ tbsp chopped walnut
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together

- 11⅔ ml maple syrup
- 166⅔ ml milk
- ⅓ egg
- ⅔ tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- ⅔ tsp vanilla extract
- 83⅓ g green zucchini
Add the wet ingredients and zucchini

Stir well to combine. Carefully pour oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish. (If you want you can scatter some walnuts on top)

Bake for 40 minutes and let it cool down for a few minutes afterwards.
