    • ½ l Chicken broth
    • ½ stalk Green onion
    • ½ head garlic
    • slices ginger
    • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Light)
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

    Make the soup base. Combine the chicken broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, green onion and sesame oil in a pot. Set to boil.

    • ½ tsp Garlic (minced)
    • ½ tsp Ginger (minced)
    • ½ tbsp Soy sauce (Light)
    • ½ pinch Pepper powder
    • ½ tsp Corn Starch
    • ½ tbsp Shaoxing wine
    • ½ tsp sugar

    Mix the wonton filling. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    • ½ wonton wrapper

    Set the wanton wrapper in a diamond orientation. Wet the top edge. Place 1 tsp of meat filling in the middle. Seal the wonton wrapper by bringing the top and bottom edge together. End result should be a triangle. Pull the 2 bottom corners together towards the center. Seal with water.

    Once the chicken soup is boiling, put the wontons in. Boil until wontons are cooked.

    Serve hot. Put sliced green onion on top as garnish.
