"I like to drink this on rainy days or during winter in the morning because it’s so warming. Of course you can also change the spices, you can for example also take chocolate powder instead of cinnamon. The consistency can get a bit like a pudding, which I also like very much but if you don’t you should rather take more milk and sweet it probably with some more dates or whatever you like. If you like it being more like a pudding, just take less milk. :)"

  • Step 1/ 2

    • 2 banana
    • 4 tbsp Oats
    • 2 dates
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp grounded almonds
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • bowl

    Cut the banana same as the date into rough pieces. Together with the oats, the vanillin extract, the cinnamon and the grounded almonds, toss everything roughly together in a bowl or into something, where you can mix the ingredients well afterwards.

    Heat the almond milk in a pot until it boils over. Then remove it from the heater and pour it into the bowl. Mix all together and enjoy :)
