“My favorite Nutella recipe!!! Creamy, soft and nutty. I just like to eat it with spoons and with coffee. Very important to grind nuts until they turn into a paste, don’t hurry. This Nutella is my finger-licking thing😋”

Ingredients

140 g hazelnut raw
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
200 g milk chocolate
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
  • Step 1/8

    • 140 g hazelnut raw

    Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F and put all hazelnuts in the oven to roast for 8 min.

  • Step 2/8

    • 200 g milk chocolate

    Chop milk chocolate into pieces.

  • Step 3/8

    All you need is a towel and your hands. And follow the video :)

  • Step 4/8

    Grind the hazelnuts until they form a paste. (i know it takes a long)

  • Step 5/8

    • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • ½ tsp salt

    Add to the nut-paste oil, cocoa powder, sugar powder, salt and vanilla extract. Combine them until smooth.

  • Step 6/8

    Melt chocolate and add to the mixture. And again mix all together.

  • Step 7/8

    The end is near. Pour in a jar and let it cool. If you like it firm, put it in the fridge.
