Mix the flour with the baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar and salt, and whisk to mix. In a small bowl, whisk egg and then add milk.
Stir milk and egg mix into the flour mixture. Add in the vegetable oil and fold in the dried fruits.
Heat a lightly oiled non-sticky frying pan over medium low heat, and pour in batter bit by bit. Allow for 1-2 minutes and flip the pancake over and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
