- ½ cardamom pod
- 10 g ginger
- cutting board

Crush cardamom pod and thinly slice ginger.
Step 2/ 2
- 200 ml apple juice
- 150 ml carrot juice
- ½ cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- ½ sprig rosemary
- pot
- fine sieve
Add apple juice, carrot juice, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, rosemary, and ginger to a pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. After approx. 2 min. of simmering, remove from heat and cover pot. Let steep for approx. 20 min. Strain, serve warm, and enjoy!
