450 ml Vegetable Stock
eggplant
button mushrooms
carrots
100 g Textured Soy
450 g tomato purée
6 leaves basil
1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Step 1/3

    • eggplant
    • button mushrooms
    • carrots
    • 450 g tomato purée

    Cut all vegetables into thin small pieces and stir fry with tomato purée

  • Step 2/3

    • 450 ml Vegetable Stock
    • 100 g Textured Soy

    Add Textured Soy/Meat Alternative and Vegetable stock

  • Step 3/3

    • 6 leaves basil
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    Season to taste!
