Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Roughly grate the carrots. Slice the onion and the bell pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and the carrot with a pinch of salt and fry for 3 minutes. Add the bell pepper and cumin and fry for 5 more minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in an oven dish. Fry the potatoes until they get lighlty golden brown on each side.
Add the peas, the fried veggies and salt to your potatoes.
Add water and tomato paste and mix the ingredients. Turn off the heat.
Cover your dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Bon Appétit!
