- 1 green zucchini
Grate the zucchini on a special grater
Step 2/3
- ½ avocado
- 1 parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 basil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 50 ml lemon juice
Mix in blender half avocado, parsley, Basil, garlic, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds, flax seeds. Add lemon juice, water, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 3/3
Put zucchini pasta on a plate, pour over the sauce, mix, and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
