Ingredients

bananas
200 g flour
110 g Raw cane sugar
80 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp Cinnamon
3 tsp baking powder
1 dash salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
100 g rhubarb
50 g chocolate chips

Utensils

  • Step 1/6

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

  • Step 2/6

    • 110 g Raw cane sugar
    • 80 ml sunflower oil
    • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

    Combine wet ingredients

  • Step 3/6

    • 200 g flour
    • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
    • 3 tsp baking powder
    • 1 dash salt

    Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients

  • Step 4/6

    • bananas

    Mash bananas & add to the mix.

  • Step 5/6

    • 100 g rhubarb
    • 50 g chocolate chips

    Add in chopped rhubarb and chocolate chips. Stir everything and place in cake tin of your choice.

    Place in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
