- 8â g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 25 g sugar
- 2â g baking powder
- 12œ ml vegetable oil
- 41â ml plant milk
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour in the oil and plant milk. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.

Chop the chocolate into chunks, add 2/3 to the batter and fold in.
Step 4/ 4
Scoop the batter into the tray. Use the remaining chocolate chunks to top the muffins with. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
