    • 1 apple
    • 400 ml rice milk
    • 2 banana
    • nonstick pan

    Add rice milk, the apple, half of the banana, and the oats in a pan, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

    • 8 pitted dates
    • 4 tbsp flaxseeds
    • 200 g fruit (for garnish)

    Serve in a bowl and top with flaxseed, dates, and any fruit you like.
