100 g rolled oats
pitted dates
½ apple
200 ml rice milk
banana
2 tbsp flaxseeds
100 g fruit (for garnish)

    • 100 g rolled oats
    • ½ apple
    • 200 ml rice milk
    • banana
    • nonstick pan

    Add rice milk, the apple, half of the banana, and the oats in a pan, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.

    • pitted dates
    • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
    • 100 g fruit (for garnish)

    Serve in a bowl and top with flaxseed, dates, and any fruit you like.
