lemon juice

glass of plant milk

plum
¼ dash
caster sugar
Utensils
2 bowls, 2 cooking spoons, baking tin, oven, sieve
Step 1/6
- ⅛ kg plum
Wash plums and take the pits out.
Step 2/6
- ½ glasses of flour
- ⅛ glass of sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ glass of oil
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ glass of plant milk

Mix all ingredients together (except for the plums).
Step 3/6

Add 3/4 of plums into the batter (leave some to put them on the top of the cake).

Put the batter into the baking tin. Decorate with left plums.

Bake in 180°C, 40-50 min.

- ¼ dash caster sugar

After the cake has cooled sprinkle it with caster sugar. Enjoy!
