Ingredients

Pieces:-12+
280 g flour
150 g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
egg
180 g blueberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
85 g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g cream
30 g milk

    • 180 g blueberries
    • 85 g butter

    Mix dry ingredients

    • egg
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 120 g cream
    • 30 g milk

    Mix wet ingredients

  • Step 3/3

    • 1 pinch salt

    Mix everything together. Leave the dough to rise for a little (30 min), cut into 12 pieces, coat with butter (or anything else of your choosing) and finish off with a pinch of salt. Bake at 200C (400F) for 15 minutes or until golden. Let the scones rest for a couple of minutes before enjoying!
