1½ tsp baking powder
1 dash salt
Ripe bananas
50 ml unsweetened almond milk
20 g chocolate chips
1½ tbsp Peanut butter
2 tbsp applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
50 g whole-wheat spelt flour
250 g soy yogurt

mango
strawberry
blueberry
vanilla sugar

Utensils

  • Step 1/6

    • Ripe bananas
    • 50 ml unsweetened almond milk
    • 1½ tbsp Peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp applesauce
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • blender

    Blend wet ingredients

  • Step 2/6

    • 100 g rolled oats
    • 1½ tsp baking powder
    • 1 dash salt
    • 50 g whole-wheat spelt flour

    Add dry ingredients

  • Step 3/6

    • 20 g chocolate chips

    Fold in chocolate chips

  • Step 4/6

    Form pancakes in a pre-heated pan and turn after about 1 minute until golden-brown

    • 250 g soy yogurt
    • raspberry
    • vanilla sugar

    For the yogurt topping, mix Soy yogurt with raspberries, add a little vanilla sugar if it‘s not sweet enough for your taste!
