Ingredients

275 g Self-raising flour
100 ml vegetable oil
200 g caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder
lemon zest
lemon’s juice
170 ml Cold water

    • 275 g Self-raising flour
    • 200 g caster sugar
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • lemon zest

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and lemon zest in a bowl

    • 100 ml vegetable oil
    • lemon’s juice
    • 170 ml Cold water

    Add the oil, the lemon juice and the water

    Mix until smooth

  • Step 4/5

    Bake for 30 minutes at 200C

  • Step 5/5

    When it’s done let it cool for 10 minutes and remove from the loaf
