Self-raising flour
16⅔ ml
vegetable oil
33⅓ g
caster sugar
tsp
baking powder
lemon zest
lemon’s juice
28⅓ ml
Cold water
  • Step 1/ 5

    • 45⅞ g Self-raising flour
    • 33⅓ g caster sugar
    • tsp baking powder
    • lemon zest

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and lemon zest in a bowl

  • Step 2/ 5

    • 16⅔ ml vegetable oil
    • lemon’s juice
    • 28⅓ ml Cold water

    Add the oil, the lemon juice and the water

  • Step 3/ 5

    Mix until smooth

  • Step 4/ 5

    Bake for 30 minutes at 200C

  • Step 5/ 5

    When it’s done let it cool for 10 minutes and remove from the loaf
