120 ml
oat milk

baking powder

blueberries
coconut oil (for frying)
agave nectar (for coating)
coconut pieces (for coating)

Mash the banana
Step 2/4
- 120 g flour
- 120 ml oat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 40 agave nectar

Mix the mashed banana with the oat milk, flour, blueberries and baking powder.
Step 3/4
- coconut oil (for frying)
- nonstick pan
Heat a nonstick pan with coconut oil, pour a big scoop of batter, cover with a lid untill it forms bubbles and then turn and cook for 1/2min more.
Step 4/4
- agave nectar (for coating)
- coconut pieces (for coating)
Top up with agave, blueberries and coconut!
