Tuna & Mushroom Spaghetti
Finely chopped your garlic and parsley, set aside.
Slice your mushrooms thinly, use the stem! ✨ Set aside.
- 50 g parmesan
In a pot, boil a good amount of water + generous amount of salt and cook your spaghetti until al dente.
In a nonstick pan, sauté garlic + mushrooms + tuna until aromatic.
Pour your white wine, let it evaporates.
Once al dente, transfer pasta into the pan and start mixing everything together, add some pasta water to get those starch going!
Once everything's mixed, sprinkle parmesan and parsley in and mix thoroughly. You can keep adding pasta water during this process over high heat ensuring sauce is perfectly coated.
