1 package Rossonero tuna sausages 450g
1 package hot dog bun
tomato sliced
Fresh jalapeño
2 tbsp Chimichurri sauce

    • 1 package Rossonero tuna sausages 450g
    • nonstick pan

    Put some corn oil on the pan and put the frozen sausages in low heat. Keep them rolling for even browning for 8-12 minutes until desire doneness.

    • 1 package hot dog bun
    • steamer

    Put the bread in a steamer for 5 minutes.

    • 2 tbsp Chimichurri sauce
    • cutting board

    • cooking spoon

    Slice the tomatoes lengthwise put in a bowl and add the chimichurri sauce. Toss until fully mixed.

    • Fresh jalapeño

    Once the sausage are done, use the same pan a grill the jalapeño until half cook. And slice and use as desire.

    Put a sausage in the bun, add the mixed tomatoes with chimichurri and add jalapeños as desired.
