- 1 egg yolk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1½ tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp milk
First, mix the egg yolk with baking powder and flour. Then, add milk and mix until it is smooth or liquidy. Add more milk as necessary.
Second, make the meringue. Add egg white and sugar to a bowl and whisk until fully mixed. Using a handmixer, beat until it has stiff peaks.
Add the egg yolk mixture to egg white mixture and mix gently until combined. Then, put a spoonful of batter on a preheated frying pan. Keep adding spoonful of batter until you are satisfied of how tall your pancake is. Fry for approximately 5 min. Filp and fry for 3 more min.
