Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

- 1½ cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tsp sugar
- Âź lemon
- Medium bowl
Cut the strawberries in quarters. Squeeze juice out of the lemon. In bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice together. Set that aside.

- ½ cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Âź tsp salt
- Âź cup sugar
- Large bowl

In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

- ½ cup milk
- Âź tsp vanilla extract
- ½ stick Melted Butter
Add in the milk, vanilla extract, and butter to the large bowl. Stir until the batter is smooth with little to no lumps.

- Casserole dish
Grease a 9-inch casserole dish.
Step 6/ 9
Pour batter evenly into the casserole dish. Then add strawberries evenly on top of the batter. Do NOT stir.

Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden.

Let the cobbler sit for about 5 minutes to set.

Serve warm or cold. Tastes great with ice cream on top!
