- 70 g Powdered sugar
- 200 g butter
Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy and creamy
- 50 g Cornstarch
Add in the cornstarch and mix
- 200 g All purpose flour
Slowly add in the flour and mix it well
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Fold in the vanilla extract with a spatula
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Line your baking tray with some non-stick baking sheet
Grab a piping bag with a star tip and add in the batter by having the piping bag wrapped around your hand. Add in the batter using a spatula.
Pipe the batter onto the baking tray starting from the center and working your way around (I did 2 rounds)
Bake them for 15-20 minutes until it has turned golden brown
