Mix the ingredients in the stated order (it’s best if you knead the dough by hand)
Let it rest for 40 min.
Pre-heat the oven to 180° Celsius
Mix the condensed milk with the ground almonds, so it becomes a sticky paste
Roll out the dough (it should be about 0,5 cm thick)
Spread the almond paste on the dough.
Roll it and spread egg wash on top
Bake it in the oven for 10-15 min.
Let it cool down (if you have self control ; ) and cut into slices. Enjoy !
