- 275 g quark
- sieve

Rub the quark (275 g) through a large metal sieve.
Step 2/7
- 20 g flour
- 25 g sugar
- 25 g soft wheat semolina
- 1 egg
- 1 vanilla bean
- bowl

Mix the egg, wheat semolina, flour, vanilla, sugar in a bowl.
Step 3/7
Add the quark and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture to rest for 2 minutes.

- 2 tsp flour (for breading)

Pour the flour onto a separate plate, make balls from the mixture with your hands, roll in flour.

Make the “hockey pucks” from the balls.

Add some oil to a preheated pan, put the “hockey pucks”. Fry them first on one side, then gently turn over and fry the other side, reduce heat and cover.
