- 400 g pork ribs
- 1 bulb garlic
- 30 ml barbecue sauce
- 10 ml hot sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 30 ml gochujang
- 1 onion
Clean the pork ribs. Marinate the ribs for 2 hours with chopped onion slices and garlic with all sauces mixed
Step 2/2
After two hours, place ribs (and the sauces!) on baking tray. Bake for 30 mins with 185 C’ in the oven. Rest for 10 - 15 mins before cutting and serving.
