1 slice salmon fillet
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic minced

    1. Mix all ingredients into one bowl.

    Clean the fillet throughly and mix it with the marinade.

    Cover the salmon and refrigerate for minimum 30 mins - longer for full flavor.

    Preheat oven to 425° and drizzle 2 tablespoons oil on a large baking sheet.

    Place fish on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons oil. Bake until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork, 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
