green zucchini
½ g
hazelnut
clove
onion
2 bulbs
beef minute steaks

mayonnaise
1 tbsp
lemon juice

  • Step 1/7

    • 1 bulb sweet potato

    Pure pan fry the whole sweet potato until the sweet potato becomes tender, or the peel are burnt. when it is done, it will be easier to peel off, cut the sweet potato into big strips

  • Step 2/7

    • ½ bulb green zucchini

    julienne zucchini. wait until sweet potato is almost done, put zucchini in the pan to fry

  • Step 3/7

    • ½ g hazelnut
    • clove onion
    • g flour

    dice onion and hazelnut then sprinkle flour on top of onion. Brownie on a span with vegetable oil

  • Step 4/7

    • 2 bulbs beef minute steaks
    • salt
    • pepper
    • thyme

    add salt, pepper, thyme and other preferred spices to steaks

    • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • ½ tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    add Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a bowl. mix it up to make the sauce for salad

  • Step 6/7

    use the same pan to brownie onion and hazelnut, heat it up, add olive oil, butter. wait until the pan hot, turn the heat to medium or low, then add steaks

  • Step 7/7

    arrange sweet potato, zucchini on plate ( you can try improvise, add lettuce or herb), add the sauce then top with onion and hazelnut. serve with hot steaks
