2½ lbs beef round roast
Spice packet
¼ cup Applewood Rub
8 oz Budweiser
8 oz Sweet Tea
potato’s
2 cups baby carrots
1 cup celery
onion
Mandarin’s
1 tbsp sugar
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp pepper
  • Step 1/1

    Put beef roast in slow cooker. Add the normal Spice packet and Applewood rub on top of the beef roast. Add the potatoes whole or sliced up, baby carrots, celery sliced up and the onion diced up. Add a can of Budweiser and 8oz of Sweet Tea into the slow cooker. Add the salt, pepper and sugar. Add two mandarin’s on top of everything. Slow cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Use a liner for easement of clean up, if you want to.
