1. Chop all peppers. 2. Crush two cloves of garlic. Keep one clove for frying with Quorn chicken. 3. Finely dice pickled jalapeños.
Add 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil, honey and dark soy sauce into a bowl and mix
Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil to a wok and put on a low-medium heat. Add in crushed garlic, chopped peppers, jalapeños, and Quorn chicken. Season with salt and black pepper. Fry for 5-10 minutes.
Add the earlier made sauce and sweet chilli jar sauce into the wok with the other ingredients. Add both packs of egg noodles and stir gently whilst cooking on a medium heat. Once all is mixed in, add lid to wok and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes, occasionally stirring to prevent sticking. Add mixed herbs to garish.
