Firstly prepare pulled chicken. If you have multifunction pressure cooker add chicken in pod , fill water till covers, cover with lid and press function “meat” for 20 min. If you don’t have pressure cooker, then boil chicken 30 - 40 min till meat easy separates.
Heat oil in frying pan, add onions and fry for 4 min. After add red pepper and fry for 3 min, then add pulled chicken and fry for 3 min more. Add ketchup, salt and pepper, chilli powder and fry for 4 min and off the heat.
Prepare garlic sauce. In bowl and mayonnaise, dills, parsley, oregano and chopped garlic, mix it.
Take wrap, put it on plate. Add on top some salad which you like, some tomatoes, cucumber, pulled chicken, cheese and garlic sauce. Wrap it and put it in grill pan for 3 min each side.
