SWEET APPLE JAM

Slice apples,and squeeze lemon.

- 1kg apples
- 250g sugar(l used dark sugar)
Preparation pot and put in apples and sugar.

Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.When it's all melted,put lemon juice and mix it.

Finally,use a blender to sharpen.(But do not grind until you are souped.Then the texture is gone.)

Disinfection the bottles.And pit in the puree.
Step 6/ 6
Turn off the fire and cool down it.when it cold down,put it in bottle.(You must think it is too watery.But it’s okay.It will be viscous.)
