In the medium bowl, beat egg and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add in vanilla extract, canola oil and bananas. Beat until well combined.
Sift flour, salt, banking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder into the egg mixture. Mix well with spatula.
Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Transfer the muffin cups into the Air Fryer basket.
Set the Air Fryer temperature until 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F and cook them for 8 minutes. (every Air Fryer has different time). After cook, let them cool on the cooling rack. After completely cool, serve and enjoy your muffins!!
