Ingredients

45 g old-fashioned rolled oats
100 ml unsweetened almond milk
100 ml water
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp ground nutmeg
75 g chopped ripe mango
25 g chopped Brazil nuts
½ tsp maple syrup
6 g unsweetened coconut flakes

    • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk
    • 100 ml water

    Add the milk and the water in a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.

    • 45 g old-fashioned rolled oats

    Once boiling, drop the temperature down to a gentle simmer and add the oats. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring here and there.

    Then shut of the heat and move the pot off the burner. Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.

    • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg

    Add the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to combine.

    • 75 g chopped ripe mango
    • 25 g chopped Brazil nuts
    • ½ tsp maple syrup
    • 6 g unsweetened coconut flakes

    Transfer the oats to a bowl, top it up with the mango and Brazil nuts, and drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle additional cinnamon and add the coconut flakes.
