- 2 cup Roasted sunflower seeds salted
- 4 tbsp roasted, salted pumpkin seeds
- food processor
- blender
Add seeds to food processor or blend and blend while scraping down sides
Step 2/4
- canola oil (for thickening)
Add oil until desired consistency while blending
Step 3/4
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- spatula
Mix in nutritional yeast
Step 4/4
Seal in a airtight container and put in refrigerator
