Ingredients

rolled oat
6 tbsp
vanilla protein powder
1 cup
milk
1⅓ tsp
almond extract
½ tsp
sea salt
½ tsp
baking powder
Sprinkles (to taste)

  • Step 1/3

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2/3

    • cup rolled oat
    • 6 tbsp vanilla protein powder
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1⅓ tsp almond extract
    • ½ tsp sea salt
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • blender
    • spatula

    Add all ingredients except sprinkles to a blender and mix on high until smooth, you may need to scrape batter down the sides every once in a while

  • Step 3/3

    • Sprinkles (to taste)

    Add ingredients to a greased ramekin and top generously with sprinkles, bake for 15 to 20 minutes
